On WhatsApp, with the mineral, the volume and the destination. We tell you whether it is something we can move; if it is not, we say so there and then.

We find the source
We contact producers who can cover that volume and grade, and bring you what we find: who, how much and in what timeframe.

Sample and verification
Before any volume commitment, a sample is sent for your laboratory to analyse. The analysis is done by you or an accredited third party, not by us.

Terms and logistics
Conditions, payment route and transport are agreed. This is where most operations fall through, which is why it is settled before any cargo moves.

Shipment
Coordination of transport, documentation and departure.

With this we can tell you whether it is feasible and what comes next. Without it, any answer of ours would be generic.
